Esen Sagynov

He began programming at the age of 12 and has had professional experience since 2006. Over the past 19 years, he has worked at major companies such as Naver and Amazon, spending a total of 12 years in Big Tech.
In 2020, he founded the product-based IT company Mancho, and in 2021, he co-founded and became the CTO of the FinTech company Quickpay, where he serves as the chief architect of the Finik product. From 2020 to 2024, the total investment amounted to $1 million. During this period, the company’s monthly turnover grew from 450 million KGS (in 2021) to 3.2 billion KGS in 2024 — a 544% increase. The user base reached 800,000, with over 1 million transactions per month.
Since the launch of Finik in November 2024, the product has generated a turnover of 800 million KGS in just six months, including 317 million KGS in March 2025 alone (40% of the total), with a monthly growth rate of 160%.
In 2025, the company raised $1.7 million in funding at a $5 million valuation.
He is also the creator of the full-time coding bootcamp Mancho School, which currently trains 25 students — 5 of whom have already graduated.
